Essential Oils
You are probably wondering what is all the buzz about essential oils lately?! Well, essential oils have been used for thousands of years for cosmetic purposes, as well as for their spiritually and emotionally uplifting properties, so it’s not definitely a “new” thing.
So why are so many people talking about them? I think it’s because they are amazing and make you feel so so good!
My family has been using essential oils for more than a decade now. For many years we’ve been just diffusing oils in an aromatherapy lamp and used lavender or tea-tree oil for skin issues. I also used products containing essential oils for cleaning my skin while back when we lived in CZ and wanted to find something similar here in Canada. My skin has been always sensitive and most of the time after trying new cosmetic products, I ended up with a red burning skin. So I started researching what would be a good alternative to those expensive creams (which most of the time included lots of chemicals) yet those still messed up with my skin. In 2014 I found out about the benefits of coconut oil (which is not only for cooking as I first thought) and started using it as a part of my daily skin routine.
One year later I came across Young Living and that’s when my journey to make our home mostly chemical free, started.

My goal for this website is to share what I’ve learned about the benefits of natural products and what Essential Oils can do for you and how they can help bring health and wellness into your life.
But it’s not just all about the little bottles full of oily pure goodness. I’ve fallen in love with their natural cleaning products as well and since I’ve tried Thieves Household Cleaner, I threw out all my old cleaners and use this one bottle for everything. Imagine cleaning your house with something which is so gentle to your skin so you don’t have to wear gloves and be without headaches caused by chemical fumes from “regular” cleaners.
