Natural Health Products
In March 2016, Health Canada approved 19 Young Living’s essential oils which are now registered as Natural Health Products (NHPs). What it means for us? It means we have a choice. You can grab a pill and just go with it, or you can use a natural product to reduce your symptoms and get a relieve from headaches or any other everyday ailments.
What is an NHP?
According to Health Canada’s website, “Natural health products (NHPs) are naturally occurring substances that are used to restore or maintain good health. They are often made from plants, but can also be made from animals, microorganisms and marine sources. They come in a wide variety of forms like tablets, capsules, tinctures, solutions, creams, ointments and drops.
